Ly Hour Insurance Plc. was established in late 2017. We have got the operation license from Ministry of Economic and Finance “MEF” on December 22, 2017 with registered capital of $10,317,000.00 US dollars and officially launched on 29 January 2018. Ly Hour Insurance Plc. is owned by Nek Oknha Ly Hour and family.
